I want to be a lollipop
A swirling twirling bright confection
Tightly bound in a cellophane dress
Tauntingly displayed beyond wayward hands
Eyes hungrily dancing over me
I watch as they go by
I long for the perfect set
Full soft lips to wrap around me
Glistening and tender
Their yearning is matched by my own
The lucky one who procures me
Cradles me with delight
Inhales my deliciousness
And readies his tongue
Firm, slick and strong
It drags across my sweetness
With every stroke, I die a little more
The ecstasy of being consumed is all I know
I care not of tomorrow
Kill me, lick by lick

I have read figment - twice in fact! I'm ashamed to say I did not comment on it either time - my only excuse would be speechlessness. A mere "well done" wouldn't have done it justice. You have such a way with words.

RB this isnt recycled its fresh like milk from the utter. haha. now i like the fact that i can't decide from reading it a few times if you the sucker want to be kissed to death or other thing's involving stuff i dont do unless it's post shower or she had a bad day. Its refreshing to be able to make my own decision and read it with that in mind

I listened to an early version of it and didn't like it at all. Something about the way he was saying "hump" I didn't like. It doesn't even look like the same guys... I guess they grew up and got sexy.

When I saw I had a comment I assumed it was for the poem I just posted, not this old confection. :)
"with each lick, I die a little more" -- great line for the frolicking lighter side of this poem, but also deep with existential meaning. With each lick, each stroke, each breath, each blink of our eye -- are we not dying a little more? Maybe I just need to stop reading so much into stuff -- but I can't help it!
