Love Conjured
54Do you have something to tell me
I am frozen with the possibilities
Of your answer
Are you the one
I called forth from the fire
Your words brush against my mind
Caressing my ego
New ideas begin to stir
A whirl wind of plans
Catching us up in a tornado
How is it you know
My true thoughts
Regardless of my words
My intentions
Regardless of my actions
Our physical bodies yearn
For the connection
Already held by our souls
Awakened, I am someone new
Never enough
Time becomes
A collection of stolen moments
For days have you known me
Or is it lifetimes
A history I can not remember
Makes me hungry
Makes me greedy
Come closer
I will tell you everything and more

I love this, I love stolen moments - congrats
A great poem, loved it. I push all the buttons on this one.
Take care
Eiddwen.
I really like this...and love the icy photo at the beginning...perfect!
this is subtle yet provocative. like magic. this person, this love has come before you. for days have you known me, or is it lifetimes. i love when you feel like youve known someone all your life even though youve only been together a short time. a lot can happen in a day, a week. an hour.
"A whirl wind of plans
Catching us up in a tornado"
I loved this line also.
Simply perfect and so beautiful. Brilliant choice of photo too.
So gentle, so protective, so much yearning with fulfilment just within your grasp. marked up and beautiful.
Ahoooah! Yahahahooo.
I guess I'll have to vote it up. :)
So sorry. Such stimulating verse makes me lapse into my native, um, tongue.
..Our physical bodies yearn
For the connection
Already held by our souls... this really spoke to me...if you meet someone who seems to know without being told the physical attraction can become overwhelmingly intensive...reminded me somehow of the old smokie song "can't fight this feeling"
